Handling and hauling equipment
We service several hundred pieces of
handling and hauling equipment by
providing a full range of maintenance,
inspection and repair services. On
average, we carry out 150 inspections
and 100 repairs monthly.
Scope of work:
- Maintenance inspections
- Preparation of equipment for inspections by the Polish Office of Technical Inspection (UDT)
- Keeping documentation up to date
- Repairs, overhauls and modernisations
- Measuring exhaust gases
- Updates of databases containing information on the serviced equipment
- Installation of the ELOshield Early Warning System
- Installation of the ANTI Crush system for lower limbs safety
- Refilling AdBlue (chemical cleaning of exhaust gases)

- Repair report
- Maintenance inspection report
- Exhaust gas analysis report detailing the content of carbon monoxide, hydrocarbon, carbon dioxide and oxygen; the excess air coefficient – lambda
- Periodic report about the carried out inspections and repairs
Certificates:
- Maintenance of lifting equipment – category M II
- Maintenance of overhead cranes, cranes, winches – category E III
- Maintenance of LIEBHERR and POCLAIN mobile cranes – category M II
- UDT certificates for operating powered industrial trucks – category I WJO
